Dr. Raghu Appasani (AKA Dr. A)

Dr. Raghu, an Integrative & Addiction Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Professor at UCSF and Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, takes a realistic approach to technology and families, recognizing that tech isn't going anywhere. He works with both parents and kids to help them build healthier, more balanced relationships with technology, fostering a sense of connection rather than conflict.

Globally recognized as the face of the digital wellness movement, Larz has shaped the narrative around policy and youth-centric advocacy. As the founder of #HalfTheStory, the pioneering non-profit promoting healthy relationships with social media, she has become a trusted voice in the space. Often referred to as a "teen whisperer," Larz serves as a bridge between teens and parents. With over 10 years of experience, she uniquely understands the challenges young people face online and translates their needs in ways parents can relate to and act on.
